Finding good people requires both access to the talent pools available, and skill in maximizing the people coming form those channels. At VXI, we partner with a broad range of recruiting channels and kick off a few of our own in order to attract solid and dependable people.

We are affiliated with all local schools, including universities. In areas where we can partner with technical schools, we make sure our opportunities are presented to those with the skills and ambitions to succeed.

VXI attends job fairs, holds open house days, liaisons with local businesses and schools, and advertises in newspapers and on radio to maintain a steady stream of recruits for all our programs. In Los Angeles, where our in-language programs are most prominent, we are involved with the Hispanic, Asian, and European communities and have established steady pipelines to be able to rapidly and efficiently ramp up on any program, no matter what language is required.
