Eva Wang
Co-Founder/ Co-CEO

Eva is the Co-Founder and guiding visionary at VXI. Since co-founding the company in August 1998, under her stewardship, VXI has grown globally to 42 contact center locations and over 28,000 employees worldwide. Prior to founding VXI, she co-founded and served as the President of the Asian American Association, a teleservices marketing company, with David Zhou. A Science graduate from the University of Nanjing, Ms. Wang has featured in leading business publications and is often invited to speak around the country about her experiences as an Asian American entrepreneur.

David Zhou
Co-Founder/ Co-CEO

David is primarily responsible for operational steering, strategic planning, M&A, and key client relationships. David has helped the company grow to 28,000 employees from its humble beginnings in 1998. Prior to VXI, he co-founded the Asian American Association, a teleservices marketing company, with Eva Wang. David holds a Master’s Degree in Nuclear Physics from the Institute of Plasma Physics, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Dave Palmer
Chief Operating Officer

Dave has over 25 years of experience in the global sourcing industry including contact center operations. Accustomed to leading complex, high growth, global operations during his career, Dave has successfully managed large service portfolios in both captive and outsourced public & private companies. Prior to VXI,  Dave was the Chief Operating Offer at a large customer management services provider. Dave held key portfolios at leading companies, including a 13 year career at a Fortune 500 Internet Services Provider as their SVP of Global Contact Center Operations.

Gareth Kung
Chief Financial Officer

Gareth is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate management, private equity, investment banking, internal audit and public accounting. He has successfully managed various multinational corporations, achieving exceptional track record in profitability and revenue growth. Prior to joining VXI, Gareth has held various executive positions at large corporations, most recently as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), a leading technology company in China. He was also the Chief Financial Officer at Hanwha SolarOne Co. Ltd. before working at SMIC. Earlier, Gareth held senior roles with AIG Direct Investments, ABN AMRO Bank, RBC and Price Waterhouse. Gareth has a Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from National University of Singapore. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong, Australia and Singapore and a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales. Gareth is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Charlie Liu, Ph.D
President, VXI China

Charlie Liu serves as President of China at VXI Global Solutions. Charlie joined VXI in early 2001 and established VXI’s China operation, VXI Enterprise Management, Ltd (“VXI China”). Prior to VXI, in 1998, Mr. Liu co-founded KillerBiz, Inc. in San Jose, California. He served as Vice President of R&D and managed a software engineering team to develop and support a business-to-business e-commerce website until 2000 at KillerBiz. Between 1993 and 1998, as Vice President of R&D at KillerBiz, Charlie worked with International Communications Enterprise, a software consulting and development company registered in California. Charlie holds a Ph.D in Physics from California Institute of Technology and a BS degree  in Physics from Beijing University.

Jared Morrison
EVP, Philippines

Jared is responsible for managing our Philippines country operations comprising 13,000 employees across 9 customer experience delivery centers. He joined VXI in 2014 and has been instrumental in driving significant growth that resulted in doubling our headcount from 6,500 to 13,000. Jared is a seasoned operations management executive and the ambassador of our Passion for People operating ethos in the Philippines. Prior to joining VXI, Jared led one of the largest BPO companies in the Philippines as the country manager responsible for managing operations with over 16,000 employees across 11 sites. Jared has been living in the Philippines since 2007, prior to which he served as the Director of Operations at AOL for nearly 10 years. Jared studied English Literature at the University of New Mexico.

Richard Bledsoe
SVP, Sales & Marketing

Richard is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in high growth companies. He has had an exceptional track record in the business process services industry, having led operations management, sales and client services, and M&A in different executive positions. Most recently, Richard was the Executive Vice President of Sales, Global Markets at TeleTech, a position he held from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining TeleTech, Richard served as the Chief Operating Officer for PeopleSupport from 2007 to 2009 before leading the Company’s acquisition by Aegis Communication. From 2000 to 2006, he held executive positions with SOURCECORP and Xerox with responsibility for 11 offshore sites with 10,000 employees in seven countries. Additional leadership experience includes European Managing Director for Alamo Rent a Car, with responsibility for operations in seven countries, 25,000 cars, and serving as a member of the board. Alamo grew from a small startup to $300m in annual sales during his 10 years in Europe. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Utah in Mass Communications and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service for his service in Germany.

Joseph Wong
SVP, BD, China

Joseph Wong is currently serving as a SVP of Sales & Marketing for VXI China. With more than 20 years of experience, Joseph is a well-recognized professional in the service industry with leadership experience in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine and US.  Prior to VXI, Joseph Wong worked at Shell Limited several years, and later joined PCCW where he worked in various management positions from 2002 to 2013.  Joseph was also the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Call Center Association from 1999 to 2001, is a founding member of the Hong Kong Customer Service Consortium since 2000, and is an Award winner for Best Hong Kong Call Center Management in 2011. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with second major in Mathematics from University of Texas at Arlington, and an MBA from the Royal Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
