In-Language Capabilities

Although VXI’s portfolio is primarily English-language mass markets, we haven’t forgotten our roots – not by a long shot. VXI was founded as an in-language, in-culture tele-services firm specializing in customer contacts in Spanish and Asian languages. Should you decide to pursue Asian markets in the future, VXI is widely considered a leader in in-language customer contacts. VXI currently has programs dedicated to Spanish-language projects, as well as Asian-language projects. This includes sales, customer service, acquisition, retention, winback, and care in both the Business-to-Customer and Business to Business call models, and across a wide range of vertical markets We are happy to share our expertise in serving these profitable ethnic markets with our clients.

Unlike most other in-language tele-services companies, we are unique in that we can support in-language projects with in-language QA, in-language recruiting, and even in-language training. Our bilingual operational support personnel are all fluent in English, so even if you don’t understand the customer contact, we can still ensure we understand your objectives on the floor.

While the majority of VXI’s business handles customer contacts in the United States and in English, nearly one-third of its seats are dedicated to in-language projects.
